You get no additional miles if you win the bid, miles are credited based on the original booking class.

What you get for those 150$ is:
- Lounge access ?
- Recliner seat instead of a normal economy seat
- Slightly better meal

Not worth it in my opinion, also the bid starts at around the same price for the whole NBO-CPT flight.
