I live in deepest Cornwall and BA makes absolute sense for me. Yes it means we have to drive 5+hours (on a good day) to Gatwick or slightly less for Heathrow, but we add it to the break by booking an hotel the evening before our flight. I would love to live near an airport, even Newquay is a good hour away.
