It would depend on a few things for myself.

First, what time of day is the flight, lunch or dinner should be better in C if you're not going to eat in Vic Falls before going to the airport.

Second, how long will you need to spend waiting at the airport? Having access to the C lounge may be worthwhile and I don't think Skyteam requires airlines to give access to ST E+ holders (if you are one) in contract lounges the same way that Star Alliance does.

Lastly, what is the multiplier for frequent flyer miles in your chosen program? Skymiles doesn't give any bonus for KQ C, but Flying Blue does as I'm sure other Skyteam programs do.
