LHR-IST flights are blocked at 4 hours which is much longer than the actual flight time. I recently took two flights - the 22:30 departure from LHR - and both took less than 3 hours. I even managed to board an earlier flight for my domestic connection. I doubt you'll be delayed, though I stand to be corrected.
