As you know plastic bags are banned in Kenya.

I'm in country at the moment and may have one - a security bag from Heathrow with my toothpaste in.

Do they still require plastic bags at Nairobi for security and liquids in hand luggage, or have they given up with the liquid checks, or should I just dispose of the bag in country? Ironically that would be worse than flying out of the country with the bag?
