I spoke to my regular driver about this and he said that what he heard was that there would be an offsite parking facility with shuttle. He was presuming/hoping that there would be some organized passenger pickup/drop off area for private and licensed ride providers (but not Uber/Lyft etc...). Of course, that was his desire
