Well, that eliminates the "problem" of what to do if you miss the flight and can't get your bag. LOL

You at least know what you are facing going into it. If all goes well, your KE flight arrives early, checked baggage shows up quickly, and you make the connection without stress.
But I think you face significant risk. The biggest being the hard cutoff of 45 minutes before departure, your bag must be checked back in with United.

Probably worth asking...any chance you can go with just carry-on?
