When upgrading to a Suite using points, why cant you get the member rate?
So I booked a Hyatt and used 6000 poiints to upgrade to a Suite for the night. CS advised me if I was to upgrade I couldn't use the member rate of $275 to upgrade....I would have to use the regular rate of $289.

Is this a correct rule?
