Don't get a taxi, get their shuttle bus that is a max of every 30 minutes. They have secret routes if the road is busy (seriously!) - and it's free.

The STPC was available ex-LHR - but i'm not sure of destinations you should travel to. I ended up spending a night in Jakarta as I have relatives there.
