Flown LHR-CLT three times in the last two months and was still subjected to the inappropriate, silly questions...
"How much is your gym membership?"
"What neighborhood in Charlotte is your gym membership in?"
"Are you going to dinner when you land in Charlotte this evening?"
It reminds me of the time that an immigration officer at CLT asked me a question which he thought might trip me up.
Q: "If you're visiting a friend, why are you staying in a hotel?"
A: "Because she's having a lot of work done on her house and she's got no floorboards, so staying there wouldn't work very well."
The look on his face was priceless.
