You will not be able to book OTP-PHX for December, since there is a travel restriction on the fare:
VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON/BEFORE 31AUG 18.
I understand this is for both fare components.
The fare may be updated in due course, but I guess we would have to wait and see first.
