IME those Business ExtrAA tickets charge the change fee, even if you're EXP. To be fair, it's been years since I last tried to change a BizExtra ticket. Nowadays I use them only if I know for certain that I won't have to change it ... because IME they charge the change fee, even if you're EXP.
