Some data points

Flying from Colombia I have only been asked for the yellow fever certificate when traveling to Paraguay and to Jamaica.

I have flown to/from Colombia to Panama, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Aruba and Curacao without being asked for the certificate (we flew to Brazil from US and was not asked in that case either).
