Hi all - have an upcoming flight on J class with TK, route is LHR-IST-CGK. I arrive in IST 00.45, and the CGK leg leaves 02.35, which leaves an 1hr 50m transit time, which i thought was enough.

I bought the tickets without looking at the on time performance of the LHR-IST leg, which it turns out is pretty bad, with severe delays in 20 out of the last 90 flights, arriving at 02.20 when it is late. What's even worse, if I miss the connection, the next TK flight to leave to CGK is the same flight but the next day - so a 24 hours delay which i really can't afford

couple of questions :
1. anyone experience this route before/transit in IST, and do I have anything to worry about?
2. If i do miss the connection, will they be able to rebook me in j class on another flight that leaves sooner (e.g. qr)?
