I have on several occasions seen ground staff with yellow jackets walk around the area just before the arrival gates (=before going to the transfer centre, just when coming off the jetty) with a big American Airlines logo on the back of their jacket. What is their role? Is there a special procedure for passengers transferring from a BA flight at lT5 to an AA flight from T3?
