I am still a relative newbie when it comes to SQ and the Kris Flyer programme. Does anyone know if there are restrictions to upgrading (with miles) a booking made by a travel agent? I know there were similar restrictions with BA a while ago but I was considering using my annual ticket allowance (provided by my employer and ticketed through their travel agency) for DXB-SIN-AKL-SIN-DXB in Business class. If there is availability, I would like the option to upgrade 1 or 2 sectors to First class with miles. Thanks in advance for any wisdom.
