Quick Update, I just phoned Eva to enquire how much it would be to upgrade from Premium to Business.. was quoted $4833.33 (On top of the $1,274 already paid).

I might go and cancel my flights and book up business class on China Eastern which is currently $2600 return. What would others do in this scenario?
The other possibility i'm debating is booking up Premium Economy of Cathay Pacific instead, as it would like you get me by BA Silver status for the next year!
