Multiple emails since October 11, 2017 requesting a Globalist cert upgrade to no avail.

You are right, this place is not adequate for a family even in a suite. And although I never say never, I will try my best to avoid this property in the future. This was our experience December 26-30, 2017, and we do not recommend this hotel.
