I'd say 80% of those flying from Atatürk airport are doing it in Turkish. TAV which is the airport operator also gave no answer. Someone in transit who posted in another forum, had a very expensive watch stolen from his tray. He reported it to the police, who tracked via CCTV, and caught the thieve some 20 mins later, and the passenger got his watch back. I don't know if the thieve was arrested, but at least he was "interviewed by the police", which shouldn't be pleasant while traveling in a country you don't know the language or the laws there. Istanbul I imagine midnight express, that amazing movie, with very nice views from the very relaxed tarmac at IST in those days....
