Ben Smith replied to a "Ben Smith said that..." thread.
Ben Lipsey replied to a "can a non-rev use the lounge" thread.
I've certainly been contacted by multiple employees based on posts I've made.
[MENTION=537262]SKYEG[/MENTION] has no evidence that his post resulted in anything, other than the fact that he basically received VIP treatment after posting about a paid-J (or was it I-class?) issue on FT.
AC abandoned this forum because it's full of .........s. That doesn't mean they won't continue to respond to or help non-.........s.
And I suspect that someone who says "HEY I WANT TO WORK FOR AIR CANADA AND WANT SOME INFORMATION" is strictly in the "non-........." camp.
