I spent some time with some AC managers at one of their training facilities a few years back and got to hear some of their griping. Basically its same story as the front-line workers -- don't bother unless you place a great deal of value on the flight benefits. Basically only the pilots and upper executive management really, in their view, get a fair shake from the organization compensation and work environment-wise.
