Although not completely identical, you can look at it this way - MPC is SQ's PPS (KF's is PPS award portion).

Declining.

1. It has been a while that AM has not "adjusted" its award chart. The longer from the last change, the higher chance for devaluation.

2. AM is known to be difficult for redeeming award, not just the process, but also the availability.
