It is one, and both times this has happened to me (not on purpose - due to canceled flights), the system automatically caught it and combined them into one stay on my account. If you want the two stays, do as YXU suggests and go to another property in the same area. I have many times thought about this, but just the thought of a "matress run" usually wears me out and I wind up saying heck with it!
