i think if you want the extra luggage allowance you would need to put the IB FF number in sadly. You can however get into the lounge using a FF card manually. Hope I’m wrong.

You may be able to change your FF number after check in but this does carry some risk that TPs don’t post requiring manual claim or worse it is not enactioned properly and the points would be given to your IB number, this would then be a lot of work to get the points removed and recredited.
