I am a project manager and I am currently viewing options. I saw a few postings at Air Canada for a program manager and I was curious to know if anyone here has worked in that role and what info you can provide on your day-to-day? How was the interview process? Is there a lot of travel? Also, I know that the culture is changing at AC but if you have any recent updates on how employees are treated, turnover etc that would be great!
