I didn't mean to imply that Czech was not a reputable carrier. But it is a fact that not all countries have the same regulations, or are as concerned about the same issues we are in the U.S. For instance - you cannot legally smoke in a restaurant in California. However, you can in Europe (at least the countries I have been to). To (enough) Californians smoking is unacceptable in public places, to other people it is either acceptable or not as big an issue. I was merely venturing that changing tables (which weren't even common on US carriers until relatively recently) are not as high a priority for Czech as they may be for United or Delta due to public pressures. If enough of the Czech flying public demanded changing tables you can bet Czech woudl install them rather than losing business to other carriers.
