The only thing I would add is Air Asia's Red Carpet Service... it's about USD30 and gives you priority check-in, boarding, lounge access and priority baggage. I paid USD4 for an Air Asia flight KUL-SIN a few years back (old airport at KUL), paid for Red Carpet and it was the best money ever spent. They 'upgraded' me to an exit for free and escorted you to the front of all immigration and security lines, plus golf cart to the plane.
The gold cart is no longer part of the service at the new KLIA, and red carpet is only offered at certain stations, but well worth it.
