Depends on the origin as much as the destination. In most of Europe, the most baggage intensive flights are usually those going to west Africa, Lagos in particular is notorious. But since there are no direct Africa flights from my home airport, the 'heaviest' flights tend to be those with a lot of cruise guests. Which is North America.
