Flew DUB to PHL on Tues Jan 16. Got to the Check In Desk at 8:50 am and they were about to close it ! Don't leave it too late. I suggest 8:30 am latest. Global Entry is very fast at DUB, lots of shops before Pre-Clearance, not much after apart from the 51st and Green Airport Operated Lounge. Complimentary for J Pax, small fee for others. No really worth it at that time of the morning, unless you are a very heavy drinker Have one final Guinness at 10:00 and then Slan Leat (Gaelic for Goodbye) ! PS. Very strict on carry liquid bottle sizes and plastic bag size in DUB also.
