I think DL's ATL operation is crap. I never connect in ATL anymore. I do fly there O&D, and I do fly DL, just not connecting in ATL. It's my CHOICE to do that. AA is not a choice? Seriously? What a ridiculous statement.

Maybe AA is a worse option, a worse choice in your opinion... but it is still a choice. And yes, some cities are only served exclusively by DL through ATL, and if you are flying to ATL you don't have a choice. But otherwise, you do. To say otherwise is simply wrong.

Should DL improve ATL? Absolutely. But as long as they have people who blindly fly through there thinking they have no choice, well DL has little incentive to improve.
