I don't have an issue with it but it's quite unnerving considering I planned my flights carefully when booking overseas.
Airlines publish timetables a couple times a year and flights can change, especially on major trunk routes like CGK-DPS where there's high frequency and lots of connections from those major hubs (for example incoming or outgoing international flights from those places might have been re-timed or changed aircraft causing knock ons to the CGK-DPS schedule).
GA operates that route every hour or two hours. If the new time isn't suitable you can call GA and they will move you.
