My Hyatt concierge has been spectacular regarding all kinds of issues ranging from special amenities to visa invitation letters to alleviation of customer satisfaction issues to you name it. I am frankly surprised how stellar the support is. It is very much like a personal assistant. If she doesn’t know, I have an email within minutes from someone at the property that she reached out to. I would rate her a 100 on a 100-point scale. No idea about SPG as that chain was never my thing due to its enormous variability between high and low, but SPG is dead as Marriott gobbled it up.
