It is busy during Spring Break, but it isn't college kids. It is pretty expensive. I stayed there for a week in March. I liked the location of the hotel, but it was quite busy. The pool was crowded with a lot of families, but nothing rowdy. The weather wasn't great in that March can be a little cool and windy and the pool is up a few floors and exposed to the wind. I was there with my cousin and I felt that the prices for everything was pretty steep. Steep resort fee, steep parking fee, $100 a day to rent a cabana, poor breakfast for HH Gold (buffet only, uncharge for eggs...). We had a 2 bedroom suite that we paid a pretty steep rate for, and the furniture was pretty beat up.
I liked the location, but I have to say that I wasn't a fan of the property. This stay was in March 2016. The Conrad next store has opened. It is in a restored building that was built in the 2000's as a Trump residence, but never opened and sat derelict for years. I love that part of Ft Lauderdale Beach. Im just not a big fan of that Hilton.
