Any update on Uber v. taxi from Changi to the CBD? Taxis are still fairly inexpensive in SIN, right? When I just googled it, though, it seems that Uber is a little cheaper. Is there a quality difference? And if I don't yet have a SIM card when I arrive at SIN, is there free wifi in the pick up area that would enable me to use the Uber app? Thanks.
