I made an Avios.com booking over the phone about an hour ago (Lloyd’s voucher, one way).
I forgot to ask for the booking reference... I know!
How long does it usually take for the email confirmation to come through? The agent said that she didn’t have access to my details because of a system problem so I had to give her my email address. I’m thinking she may have put through the wrong one!
I would call them but they’re closed and I’m worrying about my seats.
