I wish AA would start to utilize the Junior FA's (ones with less than 3 years experience) in Premium Cabins on these routes as they have been miles ahead in terms of service in my experience. I had some very junior FA's work business on my MXP-MIA flight in Biz in December and they were amazing. But, I get it, seniority rules and that case I just documented is outside the norm. Oh well, wishful thinking.
