I'm Mosaic and I recently had a Mint class flight and when I got to the airport asked if I could get on the earlier flight.

I was told that they would have to re-issue the ticket and recalculate fares if I wanted change my flight.

I don't remember having to do in the past. Is there a new policy this year?
