I'm trying to book a flight from IAD-LHR on June 24. I want to book Premium Economy to get more leg room to LHR and just regular coach when I return. When I try to reserve my seats for the flight to LHR (Family of 4 that wants to sit together) I'm offered rows 34-36 which look to be the regular pitch seats. Is that correct? If I change the booking to economy I get the same seat selection so I'm trying to figure out why I'm paying for Premium Economy. Is this a glitch?
