There is no practical difference; Swiss Global is just a corporate sub that operates some of LX's aircraft (77Ws and CS100/300s).

A flight on Swiss Global should accrue the same as Swiss International (and that has been my experience) but some have experienced difficulties getting credit due to how the flights are coded.
