I kid you not, I was on a SK flight two weeks ago (ARN-MIA), and there were 25-30 lap children on the plane.
(Gate agent had written down all seats with a lap child on a copy of the manifest. It stretched down one whole page.) At one point, there were five parents wearing Baby Bjorns and walking a circle around the Y cabin. Headphones and IFE drowned out any noise any child made.
