I booked a couple as soon as the website came up on 8 January and literally just got the confirmations a couple minutes ago. Hopefully yours show up soon. I guess I should be glad I'm not travelling until February.
SN having IT issues, sadly, doesn't surprise me at all. I've gotten used to fighting for my UA miles when it's an 082 ticket no matter how it was booked. They always find some way to mess it up, including crediting it to a nonexistent UA account, which causes UA to deny my credit request and almost cost me status last year.
