I have. They’re useless at replying and don’t have any way to call the department. They send an email to the back office. It’s only a day to departure now and still no ticket. I don’t have a PNR.
SN call centre is overseas. Even for French language it’s in the South Pacific and useless, they send an email and don’t understand the urgency of the matter. All I have managed to work out is that the pax is not on the pax list. Pax will arrive 40 mins to STD and there’s no time to argue at the ticket desk. At least the voucher confirmation lists the flights which would be enough for IDB under 261.
