As you should be able to now make changes to your ticket, I would advise you to log in to your booking and see if you can change to this, and at least you have something better (though it is of course likely that this flight itself will be delayed and/or cancelled by tomorrow).

All morning BA flights to LCY and LGW are currently scheduled, so if you find yourself stranded at AMS tomorrow, get straight to the lounge and take a ticket from the Flying Blue desk, and see if they can rebook you onto any service to London on BA.

I would advise you to travel light - i.e. without checking a bag - if at all possible. Otherwise, you are probably going to have your bag go missing for a long time at AMS and arrive in LON without it, anyway.

EDIT: Can you not get on the phone and see if they will rebook you on a direct ICN-LHR KE service???? Never mind - looks like your KL flight is due to leave in less than an hour!!
Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I was already in the lounge at ICN when the LHR flight was cancelled and there was nothing else viable leaving that evening. I was tempted to try to stay overnight at ICN and go direct to LHR, but I was already air side so thought I may as well go to AMS anyway. Although I have a ticket in J I dont have Skyteam status, hence the earliest rebooking I could get was for the third flight out. Tried a variety of things, but was advised to stick with what I had as it was most likely to operate. The only service operating this morning to LCY was massively overbooked, and still at risk of cancellation. (EDIT - it was in fact cancelled about an hour before it was due to depart.)

So, 10 hours in the Crown Lounge it is.
