If they advertise it as butler service, and from the same chain, it better be the same butler service that guests know and use.

The real litmus test is reasonableness. What is reasonable to ask a butler?
Is coffee really that much to ask? It is unreasonable to ask the front desk agent or a concierge for coffee. A butler? I think that's reasonable.
