One airline -- wish I could remember which one-- actually has a velvet rope that stretches across the F/E bulkhead. Unlike a curtain that can be ignored, the rope forces people to unhook it or do the onboard limbo, and is an effective deterrent.
BA has that kind of rope between classes in their TATL and TPAC flights. Really hard to unhook.
