BA doesn't credit any miles for AA 'B'.

As we all know, Iberia are either:
  • going to do their own thing and credit 100%, 25%, 50% or any number they randomly pluck out of the air
  • not going to credit anything despite being too lazy to update their website - not that you can successfully convince IB+ that they should do whatever their own website says they will do
Ultimately it's the operating carrier that must "pay" for the miles, and it's safe to assume that AA isn't paying Oneworld partners to hand out miles for Basic Economy fares.
