There is an emergency escape hatch under the carpet there for the crew bunks underneath and must be kept clear so mind and defend it if the person in 24 E tries to plonk a bag at the side of their seat. Back to money, you might get a POUG beforehand though, possibly if it's a straight LHR-HKG flight..
It's a LHR-HKG//HKG-BNE//MEL//LHR so don't think I'll get a POUG, good to know though. Given the outbound is a month before the inbound, hoping I have the chance the compare the seat to the upper deck before moving on the way home.
