Not a bad seat really and Y is Y I suppose but having a free space in front of you to stretch out is good! There is an emergency escape hatch under the carpet there for the crew bunks underneath and must be kept clear so mind and defend it if the person in 24 E tries to plonk a bag at the side of their seat. That's your space
Back to money, you might get a POUG beforehand though, possibly if it's a straight LHR-HKG flight..
