I just find one thing you mentioned disconcerting and that is how much wood they are going to use if they are carving every single guest's name into wood. Hopefully it's not local wood. I think this is environmentally irresponsible whatever the case.

Regarding the inconsistencies from the Butler service, I wonder if they undergo memory training. Certainly looks like some of them need it.
