Departure is this Friday 19th and still no eticket. I don't even have a PNR. The booking confirmation email states "This email confirms your booking.

Despite numerous messages on Social Media and I've called every day its still unissued. They have no way to reach the back office dealing with this and just send them an email. The flights are very expensive to book at this point. Staff tell me it uses X class, I find that very hard to believe because they're revenue tickets. Since when do M&M airlines have mixed used for those buckets? That's new for me.
Tried their twitter? Seems insane, but only way to reach the airport here - for SN may be same.
